The Direzione Investigativa Antimafia arrested a fugitive from the province of Brindisi, a multiple previous offender, a fugitive since 2021. He was targeted by 5 pre-trial custody orders for international drugs trafficking, receiving of stolen goods, extortion, and illegal possession of firearms as well as mafia-style criminal association as he allegedly was the contact person of a criminal fringe from Mesagne linked to “Sacra Corona Unita”.
He was found at his home and did not oppose his arrest. He was found in possession of a false ID card with a different identity.
